ABOUT US
David W. Duncan is an attorney practicing labor and employment law with over 17 years of legal experience. David knows his way around the legal issues affecting your business and has found being on-call for clients before there is a problem is a far more beneficial to them. A native of the Pacific Northwest, David is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College and Willamette University College of Law. If you call him on a weekend he’s likely to take your call while out in the woods or repairing a roof.
Al Orheim is an experienced labor and business consultant. After retiring from a major corporation as a labor relations manager, he started his own consulting firm spearheading the defense of stores and businesses against government agency charges and labor campaigns. In his career Al has handled hundreds of agency actions (discrimination and other charges), as well as labor drives and union negotiations. After growing up in Tacoma, Washington, Al has lived and worked all over the country helping clients with their labor management needs.
